Want to return something? No problem. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies – here's how returns work:
Quickest way: Start your return through our return portal – sign in or create an account, open your order and choose "Request return". No form to fill in, and you get instant tracking.
How to return something – in 3 steps
- Get in touch: Within 14 days of receiving your order, send us a short email at brickzbybrick@gmail.com with your order number and a note that you'd like to withdraw. You can also use the model withdrawal form from our Right of Withdrawal page.
- Send the item back: Pack the kit as completely and safely as possible and send it within 14 days to: JPK Trading UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hochfeld 1A, 94347 Ascha, Germany. You bear the cost of the return shipment.
- Get your refund: Once we receive the item (or your proof of shipment), we'll refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days – using the same payment method you used to pay.
Good to know
- Condition of the goods: You may inspect the kit as you would in a store. For a return, however, paints, glue, and rhinestones should be unused and in their original sealed packaging – we can't take back bears that have already been decorated, and in that case a deduction for loss in value may apply.
- Arrived damaged? Send us a photo at brickzbybrick@gmail.com – we'll send a free replacement, you don't need to return anything.
- Received the wrong product? Just let us know, we'll sort it out right away and cover all costs.
