Guide

Here's how your bear comes together, step by step. Whether you pour or stick, you'll find both guides here.

Everything you need is already in the box. Paints or rhinestones, glue, applicator, gloves and a protective mat are all included, there's nothing else to buy before you start.

🎨 Brick Pour: bear for pouring

  1. Prepare your workspace: Lay out a protective mat and put on gloves. Plan for an area of at least 60 × 60 cm (more for the 50 cm bear).
  2. Prepare the colours: Pour each colour into a cup. You can pour colours individually or one after another for a marbled effect.
  3. Pour: Place the bear on a plate. Slowly let the paint run over its head and shoulders while turning the bear. Touch up with the brush if any spots are left uncovered.
  4. Let it dry: Overnight (1–2 days for the giant bear) in a dust-free spot.
  5. Done: Close up any leftover paint and save it for your next project.

💎 Brick Diamond: bear for decorating

  1. Prepare your workspace: Lay out a protective mat, sort the stones by colour (a bowl or cup helps).
  2. Apply the glue: Apply Brick Glue in small sections, only as much area as you can cover with stones in a few minutes. Don't apply too much glue at once!
  3. Set the stones: Pick up the stones with the applicator and press them down row by row.
  4. Let it dry: Let it cure overnight, after that, the stones are set firmly.
  5. Done: Put it in the light and let it sparkle.

Tips for the best result

  • Less paint, more patience: thin layers dry more beautifully.
  • Photograph your bear before the first step and after the last, the before-and-after is the best keepsake.

Frequently asked questions

Product & design

Do I need any experience or talent?

No, that's the whole point. With the pour method, the pattern is created by the pouring itself; with the Diamond line, you set stone by stone. Every attempt turns out well, no two are ever the same.

Can I choose the colours myself?

Yes! With every pour kit, you choose your desired colours directly on the product page, up to 3 colours per bear from our palette of 13 shades. With the Diamond kit, you choose your rhinestone colour.

Does the colour really stay on the bear?

Yes. The water-based pouring paint bonds reliably to the bear's surface and is wipe-resistant once dry.

How long does a project take?

Pour bears: about 15–45 minutes of pouring time, plus drying overnight. Diamond bears: no fixed time limit, you set the pace.

How do I get paint off my hands and table?

Our paints are water-based: fresh stains can be removed with water and soap. A protective mat is included with every kit.

From what age are the kits suitable?

Our bears are art and decorative objects for teenagers aged 14 and up and adults. They are not toys and contain small parts that can be swallowed.
